5 powerful therapies in 1 innovative device
The only Theragun to deliver five powerful therapies — percussive, heat, LED light, vibration and cold (sold separately) — plus guided breathwork. Use each on its own or stack therapies together to take your recovery to the next level.
Powerful percussive therapy
Targets deep muscle soreness and tough knots, delivering the benefits of a 15-minute massage in just two minutes¹. It effectively relieves tension and improves circulation, helping you recover stronger after every session.
Heat therapy
Heat and percussive massage help to boost circulation, loosen stiff muscles, improve warm-up and accelerate recovery for 3x faster results.²
LED light therapy
Near-infrared LED light helps to improve circulation to relieve stiffness, soothe sore muscles, improve mobility and boost performance.
Vibration therapy
Treats joints and other sensitive areas to ease tension, soreness and stiffness. Combine with near-infrared LED light therapy for even more powerful relief.
Guided breathwork for mind-body recovery
Built-in breathwork routines use haptic vibration cues to help you reset, relax and lower stress. Pair with TheraMind soundscapes in the Therabody app to help create a deeper state of relaxation.
Customizable routines and insights, built right in
An integrated LCD screen with step-by-step guided routines remove the guesswork. The built-in biometric sensor provides live heart-rate readings, showing how your body responds in real time.
Tailored treatment settings with on-screen feedback
Quickly adjust your therapy with intuitive controls and instant feedback on the LCD. Choose from 5 speeds, 3 heat levels, 3 cold levels and 3 vibration settings, or combine therapies with a single touch.
Reliable and quiet with pro-grade performance
The quiet, adaptive motor maintains consistent speed and power under up to 60lbs of pressure to prevent stalling. Designed with high-quality materials, it delivers reliable performance through heavy daily use and is 20% quieter than Theragun PRO (5th Generation).
Patented triangle grip to target hard-to-reach muscles with ease
The patented triangle grip ensures a secure, comfortable hold for hands of all sizes, making it easier to reach every muscle, including hard-to-reach areas like your back.
Bluetooth-enabled for app control from your smartphone
Connect to the Therabody app via Bluetooth to access additional speed levels, track pressure and battery, and access step-by-step guided routines that help you get the most out of every treatment.
